Careers
The team we're building
We're not hiring yet, because there's no building. But these are the roles that will open, and we're keeping a list of people to call first.
Instructors
Strength and reformer coaches, paid per class. We're not looking for a performance. We're looking for people who can teach a beginner and a lifelong athlete in the same room, and who care what happens to a member's numbers over a year.
Front Desk
The first person a member sees, every time. In a club of 750 the front desk knows names, and it is the reason a lapsed card becomes a phone call rather than a fee.
Baristas
Runs the in-house coffee bar through a morning rush that arrives fifty people at a time. Hospitality as much as coffee.
Recovery Attendants
Keeps the recovery lounge running and in sight. The room is communal and supervised by design, and the attendant station is there so nobody uses a cold plunge unobserved.
Cleaning
Paid above the rest of the hourly team, deliberately. A club with a wet recovery area either feels immaculate or it fails at the exact thing it sells.
Assistant GM, Member Experience
Owns onboarding, introductions, events and the community calendar. Community here is a staffed, budgeted job with a number attached to it, not something we hope happens in the lounge.
Every hourly rate sits above New Jersey minimum wage, and everyone on staff is CPR-certified, including the people who never go near the recovery lounge.
Want to be on that list?
Introduce yourself and tell us which room you'd want to be in. We'll come back to you when hiring opens.
