Membership policies, in plain language
No fine print surprises. Here's exactly what to expect once you join — written the way we'd explain it in person.
Commitment & cancellation
All monthly memberships start with a 3-month minimum. After that, you're free to cancel any time — just give us 30 days' written notice. This is standard for premium clubs like ours, and it helps us plan staffing and class sizes around a stable community.
Freeze or pause
Life happens. If you need a break, freeze your membership for $15/month, for up to 4 months. You'll stay a member — just paused, not paying full dues.
Late cancel & no-show
We hold your spot in every class you book, so please give us notice if your plans change. Canceling within 12 hours of class is a $15 late-cancel fee; not showing up at all is a $25 no-show fee. On an 8x or 4x plan, a late cancel or no-show also uses up one of your monthly classes — that lost visit is really the main penalty, and the fee just reinforces it. Unlimited members don't lose a visit, so the fee is what keeps things fair for everyone else waiting for a spot.
Guest passes
Want to bring someone? Unlimited members get 1 free guest pass a month for a new prospect (not a repeat guest). Beyond that, guest passes are $35.
Corporate & team memberships
Bringing your whole team? Corporate accounts get 10% off for 5–14 seats, and 15% off for 15+ seats.
Referrals
Refer a friend and you'll both get a free coffee on us. We're still finalizing the exact mechanics — details coming soon.
