The Reset Club

Classes

Two rooms. Both coached.

Strength and reformer, fifty minutes each, on a schedule sized so the hour you want is the hour you get. A fifty-two week arc runs underneath the class names, which is why March builds on January instead of repeating it.

Strength Circuit

Coached circuit work on permanent stations that never get rebuilt between classes: dumbbells, bars, a turf lane, floor bays and loadable racks. One to three people per station, rotating. The racks are the part that matters: they are what let you add weight across the year and leave with a number rather than just a workout.

Reformer Pilates

Our signature class. Full-body strength through control, on fourteen machines in two rows with the instructor working the center aisle. No mirrors, so the instructor is the reference point, and both long walls stay clear.

Beginner Reformer

50 minutes · caps at 14 · reformer studio

The on-ramp if you have never used a reformer, and open to any level. It runs the full fourteen machines. A different way of teaching the same 50 minutes, not a smaller or easier class.

Reset Stretch

50 minutes · caps at 36 · four a week

Mobility, breathwork and guided stretching in the circuit studio, for the days between harder training.

Open Gym

No booking needed

The circuit studio is yours any time it isn't hosting a class: weekday mid-mornings, most afternoons, and all weekend afternoon. Walk in and train on your own.

Private & semi-private

50 minutes · members only

One-on-one or with one or two friends, in the reformer studio between classes. $120 for a private, $80 each for two, $65 each for three. Five-packs are 10% off and ten-packs 15%.

How booking works

  • · Every workout class runs 50 minutes. There are no express or condensed formats.
  • · Reformer classes start on the hour and strength classes at quarter past, so the two studios never let out at the same time and the locker rooms stay calm.
  • · Classes book up to 7 days ahead, rolling, and 8 days for founding members. You can hold 7 bookings at once, which is what keeps one person from taking every peak slot for a week.
  • · Cancel more than 8 hours before class and nothing happens. Inside 8 hours it is a $15 late cancel, and a no-show is $25. One or the other, never both.
